Great place to visit even if just to have a look. This is a pet store with a difference, the owners have a real passion for the hobby. This passion can be seen in both the store layout and the customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I buy here every time I go to Christchurch.

Amazing shop with a huge range of product and fish and so beautiful. Both staff were very helpful, great customer service. Can't wait to visit again.

Great range and presentation but very poor customer service today while I was visiting. Disappointing 😐 In store for about 20-25min and not served as only one staff member around and lots of customers. Meanwhile another employee came out front for a short while but did not help any new customers?! My young children were starting to become difficult and tired. We were there to buy them some pet fish, but let without a thing or a hello!
