I rang to get a price on some electrical work, then rang a few days later to book the job. They said they were busy the following week but had a spot the Wednesday after at 7am, so I booked it in. Took the day off and nobody showed up. Rang them and was put on hold for 5-10 minitues, no doubt while the person who forgot to write it in the book came up with an excuse, turns out the excuse was to blame me for not ringing back to confirm the booking! What? If I didn't book it in where did I get the time and date from? Out of thin air hoping you'd show? And why would a customer need to chase you to confirm a booking!? They wanted to reschedule, but as if I'd use another one of my holiday days hoping they'd show up this time. This never happend or would happen if Tony Redsell was still the owner. Usual story, someone builds a business with excellent work and service, someone else buys it for the client list and suddenly the service is lost in the profit margins. After today and now that I know Tony has sold the business I will never use them again and would not recommend.

We engaged redsell to service our ducted system and after advising them that they may need to recharge our unit we were quoted for a 5kg recharge over $900 we accepted the quote. The unit took only 1.5kg. We thought that the invoice would reflect this. It didn't. System still does not work. Do not trust them. Now looking for another company that we consider more honest.

We had Redsell recommend and install into our new home in Beerwah a ducted ACTRON system in November 2016. The workman ship and follow up was first class. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with an understandable level of detail. I highly recommend the ACTRON systems and the REDSELL team, our experience has been nothing but positive. Thank you Redsell.

The team at Redsell being able to do BOTH the Aircon and the electrical is a great service. The pricing for the great quality of the aircon units is still very competitive. I have been referring my clients to Greg Harrington and the team for years now and i will continue to do so. cheers Roland

We recently had 3 air conditioning units installed and an existing external unit relocated to a smarter and safer location. The service was excellent and every interaction was effective, efficient and successful. Redsell gave fast response to original enquiry; extremely helpful guidance and recommendations of best value for money; very reasonable quote; friendly and capable installers who acted respectfully and spoke politely to us throughout the entire installation process. We could not be happier with our purchase, and are enjoying every minute of this (now) cool summer. Thank you to all involved. You made it very easy for us and we are so pleased.
