So disappointing, I drive al the way from home only to be greeted with no answer to my repeated phone calls and no sight of anyone. If the business is now not operating then please remove your web site

I think it's pretty gross when customers are waiting over 4 months for you to come do a job thst you keep telling them your be there next week.

Should've turned around when we saw the premises! They inspected the job but never gave us a quote. Subsequent texts and phone calls were ignored. The job may have been a little unusual but it wouldn't have hurt them to at least let us know they weren't interested. Save your money - go elsewhere.

Dealt with Tom at the shop front, who was friendly, and explained the process of my purchase in full. He answered all of my questions, and maintained great communication up to the day of install!  Installer came out, and had our new security screen door installed in what seemed like no time! Installer was friendly and courteous! Will be coming back for any future needs!

Tom & Glenn are professional persons, who did a wonderful job by installing a new shower screen in my bathroom. Received a quote on time & work completed as promised. They turned a classic bathroom into a modern one. I wish them the very best!

I’ve had a mirror cut and a sliding wardrobe door repaired here and I’m very happy with the service. If you’re thinking of getting anything done here please be mindful that it’s a small business and there are supply issues with construction materials everywhere.

My wife and I ,just recently had a glass shower screen installed and to let our feelings be known . Thank you very much Tom and staff for your prompt friendly and professional service. Would not hesitate to have further work performed by Dads glass in the future. Joanne and Kris.

Needed glass replaced in sliding door. Called these guys up, phone manners were terrible. Guy came out to measure up and 4 weeks later haven't heard a thing from them. Service is appalling.  Give them a huge miss.

Rang to organise quote/measure up... didn’t show up on arranged day... came a few days later after chasing on phone... never bothered to get back with quote, even after calling again weeks later.... probably a $3,000 job you missed out on.

Rang up these guys to order 2 panels of hardened glass, they said it would take 4 days. So I rang them back 4 days later and they said they were waiting for me to call them back to tell them what the glass was for as they needed to know what type of glass to use after I had initially told them I needed hardened glass. Fine after this they said should be ready in 3-4 days. Rang them back yet again 4 days later only to hear they had broken my glass and needed to order it again. Within the next week and a half I kept ringing them only to keep getting bull**** excuses as to why my glass was never ready. Never go to these guys, absolutely terrible.
