While the atmosphere and decor was pleasant, I was less than impressed with a number of things. 1. The chicken open sandwich was $20 for two pathetic little strips of chicken deep fried on bread. For the amount we paid, I wasn't impressed at all. 2. The service was slow, the and they didn't provide cutlery. The salami and feta sandwich had a gargantuan slab of feta. Which we managed to drag off the bread, wrap in a few brown bags and lug home to adorn the next few weeks worth of salads. The coffee on the other hand was very good.

Disappointed with our meal. The salad was lettuce & 2 strips of carrot and the calamari had too much flour in the mixture, making the calamari bland and tasteless. The coffee was amazing. For $44.00 we could have had fish & chips for half the price. Won't be going back.. No organization or leadership & we had to ask for our coffees as the staff forgot about it 😈

Enjoyed meal and drinks. Great service. Was there due to the truck and car crash on Manukau bridge.Many people turned back and had to be fed and watered and sheltered from the sun. Going back for my wife's birthday.

Just had drinks at the new Reds Cafe Bar! Great atmosphere and very clever interior design...beer on tap, great wine selection and bar menu. Definitely worth a visit.

Enjoyable food, service was fast and staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt happy with our lunch. Definitely would return.
