Nice and relaxing. Wander through the gardens and then relax in the cafe. If you've never been it's worth a visit. Some nice short bush walks too.

The cafe is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really like their dedication to reducing unnecessary waste. The botanic gardens are nice only a little disappointed with the nursery. Unfortunately the only plants we could find were some really sad looking seedlings. All in all the space itself is a nice place to visit of an afternoon.

Love the #citizenscience opportunities and native setting here. Great place to bring the kids. Try the native bush tucker high tea. They even do vegan and gluten free. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful setting adjacent to the bush and a stream. Friendly service. Coffee was so-so, scones were not really scones in my opinion.

On our first visit to Queensland, my group of 4 adults plus a toddler visited Indigiscapes for a bush tucker tour that included morning tea, lunch and guided tours of the gardens and bush area. We booked in advance using information on their website and were impressed at the level of effort the staff put in to customize our experience. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and passionate about their work. We had a great time learning about native plant species, tasting some bush tucker from the garden and seeing many birds, tadpoles, turtles and butterflies on our bush walk. Morning tea and lunch were very tasty and artfully presented, and we got to taste lemon myrtle, quandong, lilly pilly, desert limes, emu, crocodile, kangaroo, bush tomato incorporated into standard fare. We would thoroughly recommend this place to other visitors looking to learn more about and experience Australian native species. We also learned that the centre also does school tours and public events, and would definitely have liked to be involved if we lived in Australia.
