I've been shopping here for more than 5 years. Today Miss Neeti "The Supervisor" was very unpleasant and cranky. I bought four Heinz mayo which were on special 2 for $6 but when I checked out, the price charged was $4 each. I asked Miss Neeti to rectify the price. She went to check the price in the aisle and came back saying that the price was $4 and that there was no special docket in there. Basically, she went there, removed the special price and came back lying about it with a straight face. Plus, when I asked for a refund, she just said that there is no refund on this item. $4 is not much but I am writing this review because of her attitude. I really hope she is happy in her life.
ONE checkout chick with EIGHT empty registers. They all want you to use the machines, so with the freest of free speech I have left, also caving in to social justice warriors and the old stopping plastic bags I used as bin liners forcing me to buy more plastic bags – I simply cannot wait for the day Amazon a.k.a. the death star comes in and obliterates your business. Ask me if I am contemplating buying any more coles shares ?
Walked up and down the toiletries area a good ten times trying to find the ‘feminine care’ section, I thought I was going crazy. Did not find anything besides one size of sanitary towels not tampons like I was after at the end of a food aisle. rubbish.
Very convenient place but rain leaks water here and there with Buckets to collect water on the walkways. Caution sign there but No warning signs near the eyes levels in the corners and near by; so by mistakes people get into them. These are going on weeks and rain days so no one there to repair these. Missing the convenient store because they closed 10 Jan 2021
A tired old Coles still has all the basics you’ll need but is well past its prime. I understand they’re going to knock it down soon so that makes sense. There’s easy parking which is fantastic given the central location.
Been going here for over 20 years. Some staff are still there and this makes you feel good, as they acknowledge you. The store is laid out spaciously, and products are quite easy to locate. A good shopping experience.
This is a Coles. It's like every other Coles except a bit bigger, a bit older and with a crazy eclectic customer base. Not quite dangerous. A notable 'overseas food' aisle where you can and should buy other country's random foods. We're looking forward to this place being knocked down in 2020 when hopefully we'll get a new Coles with the same customers.
The deli staff really need to be taught how to handle food and be how to deal with customers. Asked for some ham to be sliced, staff refused to slice ham and said it would be 10min before she could do it. Then walks to the end of the counter and starts having a conversation with other staff. Why bother with a deli section......
This is a bizarre coles I have come across first time in life.. The staff who working there from a long time make fun of their elderly long time customers.. Even though they open until 10pm, they close entry glass doors 20 to 30min before, so that no one can come in.. They should have a proper security, at present security person spends more time on his phone and in a rush and forces customer to check out quickeven though he is getting paid to stand in front of coles
