Arrived at 12:28pm, by the time got served at 12:50pm, no name badge wear by any of the staff members I can see. During this time, a gentleman wears uniform walked past twice did not offer any assistant. After hearing two lady staff members talking 15mins in an office, one of them came out asked if we (a few customers including myself) are waiting for a teller, we said yes, she just walked away. The teller (only one) spent 15 mins assisted a customer to close her account and credit card, while 3 - 4 customers been waiting, there are 3 - 4 staff members we can see sitting at the end of the branch not assisting customer.
So glad that I am leaving my banking from this bank.
