great community gem of a facility. knowledgeable staff, accessible resources both in-person and online, varied seating options to sit and read work. there's board goes, puzzles, internet access, toilet facilities, and they run loads of events and workshops.nhighly recommend becoming a library member and making use of this amazing free resource.
Visited the library for a first time in a while today. I'd forgotten how welcoming, relaxing and calm the space is. Fantastic facility with plenty on offer for all ages, not only books, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Went to watch a movie on my laptop with my support worker and there was hardly anyone sitting remotely close to us in the corner, we had the movie little loud not too loud.. the libarian came from half way in the library she had waving gestures and told us to keep it down and we did.. I kept the volume at 30% and it was still too loud for the overzealous paranoid libarian whose agenda is to keep us disturbing her... I love the other libarians and security guards there and have come so many times to Library never had an issue about noise complaints heck there's groups of teenages loud as and kids playing all the time yet she doesn't even say anything to them
Amazing library. Will definitely come again. Very peaceful and quiet with very comfy chairs for when I’m editing. Crazy creative library. Might not look much on the outside but the inside is one of the most innovative ones I’ve ever seen. Blown away.
Conveniently located public library, has good collection of books and very helpful staff. Plenty of activities for kids esp during holidays. Lego club every Tuesday.
