We just brought 3 Ripper boxes. All of the chicken was stone cold not even the slightest bit warm. I found that out with the first bite, then had to pull a piece of long hair out of my tooth which was wrapped around the tender down my throat. Bloody disgusting and a massive waist of money because all the meals went straight in the bin. Will never be going back to red rooster again.

I had a large order placed via the app and was even helped to the car, in the rain. Great and friendly service. Thanks Red Rooster!!

We came in for dinner tonight, and we experienced the best customer service by a young lady Libby L, her bright, bubbly and friendly service was lovely. We will be back again

I had the misfortune of picking up a chicken pack yesterday.  Here's my takeaway.  The wings were overcooked, the chips were soggy and cold.  The short order cook, coughed loudly over food prep areas without covering his mouth.  Never, ever again.  If this is a publicly listed company on the ASX, I hope their shares tank.

Fast n great service. Ordered through Door Dash n came fast n hot. They even left a lovely note on my delivery bag
