Ordered a frappe, sorry no frappes. Ordered large strawberry milkshake, I get a vanilla milkshake with a splash of strawberry. I hand it back a ask for a proper strawberry shake. She gets me to wait in the waiting bay, and she goes and pours strawberry syrup into the cup and hands it back to us. It was so sweet that it was undrinkable and it was no longer cold. We decided not to waste anymore time and forget about the $6.
Great staff. And good tucker. They just need to remove from there boards stock they don't have ie the book with a happy meal, it remains an option on the order process but the last 2 times they have been unable to give one to my daughter. Very upset daughter. Still running out of happy meals toys and books.nUpdated 28/08/23 visited this place around 6pm at night and ordered 1 Angus burger, 2 cheese burgers and chips. Plus a chocolate late milk drink and a medium soft drink.nWow what a show there was 1 girl there on her phone the entire time, 1 guy leaning on the bench doing nothing. 2 other staff which were trying to do the work. There was no one that seemed in charge they had no urgency about them at all, it took 15min to get my order and we were the only people in the store with only 1 car in the drive way. This restaurant is only as good as your last visit and ours was worse than average.
So apparently a 24hr store………unless you go there when different staff are on. Can you not make your closing on the registers leave at least one open or at least the option to pay with cash. The inconsistency of your “actual” open hours is piss poor. There is one staffer you have on who normally does nightshift that is actually amazing and so friendly and helpful. But when she is not there they do closing at 0300-0330 times which means you can’t get a coffee. If you don’t operate sales 24/7 then you can’t call yourself a 24hr store. I’m pretty sure you don’t need a register to be open if you use your points for a free coffee.
This is the new strawberry shake of McDonald’s .. first was served with the blonde young girl with mostly cream and a little swirl of strawberry syrup mostly white and so we decided to asked this is not strawberry shake .. and let us wait .. will make another and gave us this .. after we decided to not drink it forawhile because it was very very sweet .. after a few minutes .. and ended up like a red vomit
We often call into drive through for a Coffee because it's normally great. On the day we bought 2 coffees each with different milk. One was Hot and one was warm. It has happened several times with the coffee made on Soy Milk. Frustrating when your traveling.
