Great service and people are very nice and welcoming.
Really bad customer service, staffs are incompetent and confused. The last two times I came here, they missed something from my order. This time, not only 2 staffs mishandled order - but hostile manager really put me off. They admitted their store is a mess, system is a mess. Will not come back here ever.
Great service and great food I have found a lot of Red rooster's to be pretty average but they go out of their way to make sure you have a great meal

Easy quick services
Ask for a substitute of mash potato instead of mixed veggies when ordering my family roast. I again confirmed when I was paying at the window. Finally sitting down to enjoy a hour or so after purchasing to find no mash but mixed veg
This restaurant should shut down completely, nearly had food poisoning, not a good service in sight at all, wouldn’t recommend this place
