Customer service was ok but no cutlery in our bags for 3 roasts and the quality of the roast is getting worse every time we order it, to the point we won't be getting Red Rooster any more, Oporto it will be.

This has been happening for a while now, my chips look like as if they’ve been thrown into the bag and they go everywhere. It doesn’t even look like they attempted to get the chips into the bag either.

Beyond slow! Went in my lunch break for food and waited over 15 min in the drive through with no other customers!!! Didn't even have time to eat once they finally handed me.my food! What a joke, fast food it is not!

SEASON YOUR CHIPS and I could get by with the shoddy service and overpacked burger. Got more lettuce on that thing than I did anything else all for it to fall apart the second I picked it up

They were experiencing some technical difficulties but the food was great 

Drive through took to long
