tasty vegan fast food. we got the parma and mac n cheese balls. $8 for the 2 items. it was out quick obviously hence the fast food friendly staff as well!
I think I got scared of LOTF when I tried one of their milkshakes as a kid. Never liked this place until my friend turned gluten dairy free. Appreciate the need for vegan fast food, doesn’t make it taste amazing but it’s pretty damn good. People are always nice but that’s probably a vegan thing.
MCDONALD'S IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE Came in an hourish before they closed, wasnt expecting too much because of that but i was still very dissapointed. Ordered the normal burger and sweet potato fries and both were very disappointing. They chased us out saying we couldnt eat in store and after opening the food i can see why, the cheese in the burger looked and tasted like couscous, all gritty and disgusting. My friend got the "chicken nuggets" if they could even be called that. They looked as if they were deep fried 10 times that day already. The sweet potato fries were soggy and the normal fries had no seasoning. The best part of the meal was the drinks they sold behind the counter.
Tried a burger, fries,Believe me I mean the pickles, and ketchup were good but how could anyone F something up that is prepackaged?! these young boys and girls who work there This is Australia not your home town ,learn how to present a burger Do not eat here. Regret is an understatement. Will never return, should've stayed on course and got what I wanted in the first place. If you want a burger go to McDonalds it will be better. Owner if you reading .get rid of these international despo students who work there .Because they cannot cook , oh happy to send you pictures of your staff burgers
Probably the worst burger joint to exist. Ordered the chickn munchie box and basic burger. The "chicken" isn't actually chicken, its more like cardboard. The burger itself was mushy and the cheese was a weird crumbly powder. The patty was also not seasoned. As for the fries, they were soggy and unseasoned. Worst waste of money to exist
Very pricey. Burgers taste like meat ones but quite sickly. Great option for vegans that don't have high cholesterolFood: 2/5
Really nice vegan fastfood, highly recommended ! Very expensive though
Arrived just as they were opening. Friendly and courteous. Great food, affordable. Music is amazing. Team bring the food to the table and are polite. I highly recommend dropping in for Vegan Food.
Disgusting experience. I ordered chicken munch with fries, the chicken was black, the fries are mushy...... The patty burger tastes yuck as well. I don’t even know what they put in the sauce, just started turning to solids. I’m worrying about the food safety of this place, I really want a refund.
This is my favourite take away restaurant, ever. Don’t go to any other Lord of the Fries because this place is the freshest. The one at Flinders street station is set in amongst the pollution and it’s hard to get spark then walk; whereas, Chapel street has car parks for the disabled right out front or down the road a bit. Our dog loves the mini vegetarian burger and we love the vegan burgers complete with vegan cheese and fresh salad. Lots of sauces to choose from but beware if vegan because some of them are vegetarian and contain scary dairy The best part about this Lord of the fries is the sweet potato fries. These are amazing: not too oily and so freshly cooked it’s difficult not to scoff them down in one go. Watch out: don’t burn your mouth when you see how good their food is. Hungry Jacks? You have some serious competition here, lol.
