Not the best Red Rooster. The service is incredibly slow and the quality of food is not good. The manager constantly yells at staff in the back, I've seen this a fair few times when I've gone there. Also I think they've closed down.
Food is always piping-hot and fresh. Dining area and toilets are always clean. I've also noticed they get through their drive-through orders at a pretty good rate compared to most fast-food outlets.
We waited TWO HOURS for our menulog order to arrive, and when it did it was disgusting and cold. The reason we ordered Red Rooster in the first place is because this is a fast food restaurant, and assumed it would be fast. Never order 'food' from this store! Yuk
Wow. Really wish we read the reviews before we stopped in. Experience starts with a rubbish drive through speaker that barely works and the young chick couldnt get our order right. Food came out in reasonable time but was pretty poor. Chips were sh**house. Wasting my time typing how bad it was. Avoid. We want to jump into the river.
I wont be surprise if this place closes down one day. Below average chicken burger. Chips were soft, soggy, way too much salt !!!! Had to chuck away the chips !!! Over priced standard combo !!! I can get a better Gourmet Chicken burger combo from Mc D. If possible I would rate it Zero Star !
service was below average understaffed on a sunday. tables where all unclean, sotre also needs a facelift.
