Very fresh chicken! I notice that they fry fresh chicken not the frozen ones. That's why it takes a little bit longer to wait than other fast food store. Also the staff is very nice and approachable

One of the worst dining experiences. By 8.15pm they want to clean up and start chasing people. Very rude to customers. Doesn't matter if you are still eating, they simply ask you to leave. I had to stop eating and walk out from the table I was sitting. The lady's excuse was she has to clean up and I no longer dine or sit there. I kindly asked if I can finish the piece of chicken that was on my hand. Her response "no you can't, I have to clean the table, you can't dine here"
Service is average, food is average, food is pricey. I think they can do a lot better if they lift their game up.
Ordered half and half chicken. You’d expect I’d get a whole chicken, nope. I got 4 wings, 1 drumstick, 2 thigh pieces with meat removed, 1/2 a breast piece. For $27. This is not a mistake this is intentional cost cuttingpossibly due to COVID. Outright dodgy and unethical. Avoid at all cost.
We ordered via app chicken with garlic sauce but they put the sauce separately with the dried chicken. What they wanted us to do? Make the garlic chicken by ourselves? We ordered this one at every chicken store for take away and they made the great one. This was the 1st time I saw they put separately like this. And we had to eat that like the original one with our tomatoes sauce. So disappointed
Been to Nene chicken at other places they were yum, always order freaking hot and customer service at other store was great compared to highpoint. Was in Monday evening around 5:30, all the staff were gathered and have a good chat while people waiting in line ready to order. Customer service was rude. Ordered original+ freaking hot but did not receive mustard sauce and had to run back. 0 apologies. Went home to enjoy my chicken and the freaking hot chicken hardly coated with sauce. Feels like eating original but with sprinkle of chilly. Chicken were dry and overcooked. Hopefully they improve their customers services skills in the future.
When it opened up already there is no K dog and burgers. On top of that there is no classic range which I asked the staff they could not give me an answer. Despite of that the rice was not ready and worst of all, 15% surcharge for public holiday! Wow! First time see it in Melbourne. Let you rethink choose this one next time during public holiday!
Decent chicken but they don't give table water.. I guess it's too difficult for them to provide that level of customer service ‍ You have a tap and you have cups. It's really not that hard.
Customer service was terrible. Chips had no salt to begin with and burnt. I asked for it to be re made, I was told to ask for extra salt and fresh next time no worries, might as well pick my potatoes fresh and ask for them to be cooked over the counter. What a joke
