Friendly counter staff. Over hearing the way they spoke to the older population wanting to order their meals was a breath of fresh air. Treated everyone with respect and dignity. One of the better reds store's I've been too, friendly staff and a clean dine in seating area. 4 outta 5 stars.
Very friendly experience thanks to Danika at Ellenbrook red rooster. Handled my tedious order with a smile and made me feel special when she changed the meal box around for me so I got my favourite goodies. Was very polite and smiley. Food was fresh and delicious.
Food was cold and coke was warm complete waste of time and money. it arrived after an hour and 4 unanswered calls to the restaurant. Two failed chats with Menulog. . This has put me off using Menu log and this store in the future .

Hey guys I love your red rooster and your team are always really friendly and have great customer service to me! So 5 stars for that HOWEVER can you please stop resalting the chips when you add more chips to the already made chips! :X sooooooo salty!!! It's either that or someone gets to friendly with the salt shaker! Thanks!!
Despite living only 4.5km away from the store, was not able to get my order delivered. Apparently they only deliver to you if you are 6 to 7 minutes away. Oh well, ended up getting KFC delivered. Ironically KFC is right next to Red Rooster.
Food was delivered promptly and hot by a lovely friendly girl, well done, great value, beautiful food, will be buying again very soon, good job!!
It's alright, if you want good chips this is the place
Don't normally get red rooster but have got it twice in a week and both times order was wrong. Managers response was poor. Will not be using Ellenbrook red rooster again.
