Good shopping experience with staff that are cheerful , nice open shop space . Easy to locate within the Whangarei basin , parking and entrance are wheelchair friendly . Good stock of product with staff knowledge , good close knit staff making your shopping experience one to never forget , leaves the customer's wanting to return in the near future.
Great staff. Limited stock in-store but can order online. Ezypay option covers the increase in prices. But overall good business structure. Atmosphere in store is always friendly...staff allow you to shop without being harrassed like some other stores.
Most FRUSTRATING experience with this store and its employees. Had purchased a hat for my partner. It did not fit him and I called in advance to see if I could exchange it. The lady on the phone had said YES. We drove an hour to get to this whangarei store to have them say no to both an exchange or refund.
I didn't stay long just looked around couldn't see what I wanted and just walked out. All I can say is that there were a lot of people inside this shop. Bye for now.

Pretty cool place to take your partner or kids for nice flash gears just not enough stuff for men but still a very nice shop
Store is small, quiet and was looking for a specific shoe brand and the worker had no idea what I was talking about.
Staff are always eager to help, large selection of merchandise which is great. Shop is tidy.
Small but Kweel not as much though xx
