Just when i thought I would never find a decent agent in Victoria to manage my rental I came across Red Creek. What a breath of fresh air. Nothing is too difficult for Tomas and the communication is fantastic. Everything you need in an agent. Open, honest and very easy to deal with. High recommend Tomas and Red Creek Real Estate.

I wanted to buy a block of land Red Creek were selling. When I went to sign the contract I noticed that it wasn't subject to finance. When I asked Wendy to please put it in she said that if she put it in our offer wouldn't be accepted and we needed to leave it as it was. As it turned out our finance didn't come through and we were put in a terrible position. When I called her to let her know she basically said bad luck you have to buy it.

Tomas has been extremely professional and attentive from the beginning. His friendly and pro-active style makes for a very comfortable and assured client. The Red Creek business is experienced and knowledgeable on all property matters so any area of concern can be addressed at any time. I feel relaxed and comfortable knowing Tom is looking after my investment property on my behalf.

Hands down the BEST property management agency I have ever dealt with. Tomas is not only professional, he is considerate (for both landlord & tenant) and a great communicator. Red Creek Agency is truly a fresh breath of air, simply exceptional - Cannot praise them enough!
