Ben was brilliant, this was the second time Ben has sold our family home, and although we reviewed other agents in the current market Ben just stood out far above this competitors. I met Dan and Ben about six months ago. At this time it was a stressful time my family was going through. From the first time I met the boys I felt a genuine interest to help me in my current situation and help me move into to the next chapter in our lives. They asked questions and listened to me and I really believe they weren’t ready to compromise my needs and wants. I really thought they did want to look out for me. Hence what brings me to the moment that Dan called me and mentioned a property I might be interested in buying. Saw it loved it. Dan listened to my brief sometime ago and the house was a perfect match, the deal was done in the same day. The little touches that made a big impact was the lovely big bow on the front door and all the lovely gifts that were on the bench just solidified a great service. I can’t thank you both enough. We are now looking forward to a new chapter and making great memories in our lives xo🙏

Both Daniel and Ben were very helpful in our process of purchasing in the Sunbury area. They went the extra mile for us as buyers and were always open and honest in communicating with us and giving their professional opinion. Lots of lovely extras along the way in our purchase of a property.

We recently purchased through Ben and Dan at Blackbird and Wren. What a pleasure it was! As the buyer in the housing market it's easy to feel taken advantage of, manipulated and as though your best interests are not cared for-as the buyer we're not paying these people for their service so they're under no obligation to look after us as we'd all like to be looked after.. this was absolutely not the case with Blackbird and Wren. During the entire process I felt we were cared for as though we were their vendors, the service was personal and kind. Dan and Ben were easy to deal with, helpful, open, prompt in their response times and they always did as they said they would. I would purchase through them again in a heartbeat and have only fantastic things to say about the lads at Blackbird and Wren. The personal touches on settlement day were just the cherry on top of a wonderful transaction.

Daniel Abt was extremely helpful. Right from the first meeting he was straight forward and honest with the information he gave me. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sales person at all. Daniel gave me advice in relation to minor touch ups around my property and styling. After taking this advice and implementing it he achieved a price that even today is still a record for a 3 bedroom home in my area. He won't under quote it's value for a quick sale nor will he over quote a property to lure you in. Daniel knows the market and knows what can be achieved for a property.
