David advertised the house on a Thursday and by Tuesday the following week it was sold. Excellent work David. In hard times he was able to sell our house. One͏ in a million When David came out to appraise my property he spent over 1.5 hours going through it with me, advising, and building that relationship for the start. He has been there the whole way, keeping me informed, giving prospective buyers as much time as they needed to look through, and then feeding back what they said and how it went.
