Would give it a no star if I could. The manager at the Dandenong Road Gym is a very rude, obnoxious and an abrupt nasty piece of work. Would avoid going there if you expect respect.  She had a young girl in tears. The 5 star reviews on the site are all a sham to try to build their rating after a number of bad reviews from the incident I witnessed. Have a look at the the good reviews! All in one or two days!!!!!

Well equipped gym. Well worth the 12 dollars a week. Security is also great as no one can enter without the access tag.

Equipment are good. 24/7. Spacious. No need to interface with the staff. Value for money. No instructor. You can have private sessions.

My gym for over 4yrs. 24hr gym give you the flexibility to go whenever you want with the great choice of equipment.

I wouldn't go to that RecXpress if you paid me, I agree the manager is so rude. Life is too short to be spoken to the way the manager speaks to you there. She had a young girl in tears.

It was a good place for the price, no classes just your normal gym
