I chose to visit this store and checked previous reviews which were excellent. I was particularly impressed by a review by someone who had a similar issue to me. The person who had assisted this woman wasn’t there but Lachlan who offered to help me was absolutely amazing. He listened to my concerns and offered advice on various shoes based on what I’d told him. I felt that Lachlan really cared about getting the best outcome for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. I left the store 100% satisfied - thanks Lachlan!
It's ok. Less goggles on open display to see the strap type and size fitting. Also asked a few questions about the sale of the shoes and the store sales person was giving conflicting answers
Staff have always been very helpful. Prices are good and the do great promotions year-round. Also a great selection of products across a large range of sports which makes this the store for everyone!
Rarely feel compelled to write good reviews of places these days but I felt I had to with this one. My mother and I left actually shocked at how good the service was. You just don't get that often anymore. Plenty of staff, who were easy to find, proactive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. Keep up the good work Rebel Innaloo, I'll keep coming back for the same experience. It's so great when I prefer to shop for sporting goods in store.
I have just been served by Jonathon at Rebel store Innaloo and his service was amazing. I have a few foot issues and he went above and beyond with his help and advice for what must have been a difficult customer. Thanks Jonathon.
