They have my car keys still after 2 months and I've been advised to take legal action. The staff member that we dealt with at the front desk was especially difficult, rude, unfriendly and spoke inappropriately. The yard manager was helpful at first. However, no one can find my keys (which have my house keys on and I've had to change locks on my house) and because of this I have been without a car since Dec 7th. I have written a letter, I've emailed a copy of the same letter and I've called several times. I have three people (including two police officer, one of which turned my car off and left keys in the ignition for the towing company) willing to sign affidavits to say that this company have my keys. I am beyond annoyed. They should have been returned when I PAID TO HAVE MY STOLEN CAR RETURNED TO MY PROPERTY.

Very friendly, super speedy and the tow driver made me feel very calm about being stuck in a crappy situation. Can't remember his name unfortunately but would definately recommend their business. Really appreciated him sticking around to make sure I was on the road safe & knew how to get home after getting a little turned around.

Was quoted a price of $150, and then $155.50 after some sort of charge. When the driver arrived, he said there will be another additional credit card change of $22.20, which wasn't even informed to me during the phone call.

Today I visited with my partner and good friend as his car had been towed by this company after having a horrific accident. The lady who was admin was very damn rude and made us all feel really uncomfortable. She then allowed us to see the car to pick up personal belongings after being rude about needing an email to be able to access it. We got to the car and was continually being rude as we were grabbing stuff from the car, also talking to my friend like he was the dumbest person who lived on earth because of the accident, and talking to him with such disrespect. Very rude, unprofessional behaviour considering she’s the first person people deal with when coming to this company. Consider who you hire for the company before putting such rude people at front desk.
