Please do not give this company any of your money, the entire process they use is useless and they can't even contact each other let alone their own customers, learn to use your phones and computers or get left behind and fail like these other businesses which don't believe they need to up their game in this industry tenfold. Hope your business dies slowly and you dragged through as much wastefulness as you already dragged your name and your customers through the dirt. I would like to include a positive response for the drivers Micheal and Martin as they seem to be the only people in this company with anything between their ears. And the price... Oh man I could put a deposit down on a house with how much they expect, for terrible service and even worse manners. Learn your lesson or be happy regretting all the effort you put into your own failure.

Disrespectful, incompetent, rip offs! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FAT NO! Never have I been spoken down to so badly by someone providing a service, especially with their rip off prices you'd expect more than being treated like actual dirt. I have been hung up on multiple times and not been called back just as many times. Their foul use of language in normal conversation and aggressive manners also were not necessary either. They speak to you like you are an idiot yet are all so know where themselves. The only people I have nice words to say about are 2 drivers named Michael and Martin, they were compassionate, helpful and just all round nice guys so they dont really suit their company's aesthetic, do they? (farrr to nice). DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Great truck driver showed up early was pain free on the delivery end.. but the customer service on the phone from the guy in the office was terrible he had a rude tone constantly sounds like he had the iq of a shoe size and Sometimes could barely hear him while he mumbled to himself or me not really sure long story short go elsewhere.

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a more disrespectul, dishonest, arrogant, incompetent, non punctual and childish business. I can not emphasise enough how appauling everything about this company is including the price. I can not even give 1 star except i could not post this review unless i did. I called a tow company from the redcliffe area and it cost less then half of the price of the initial tow from this horrid company. Please do not give this company any of your money, you're better than that. I have never left a review on a company in my life but i was just so disgusted with this company i felt i had to.
