I don't normally post reviews and I am not posting this because I received bad service, in fact I received lovely service in-store BUT I do take issue when I purchased a dress 9 days ago and on getting it home I'm a Noosa local I realised this dress wasn't at all suitable for the event I needed it for. I appreciate that I have changed my mind but when I contacted the store and asked would it be possible to either do a store credit or replace the dress with another item I am disappointed that its not an option as I am 2 days past the 7 day return policy. I am not asking for a refund, I'm happy for the store to have my money but I think that it is a reasonable request to do a credit or exchange of an item with in a very reasonable time frame. Sad outcome, I have a dress I wont wear, and a shop I wont visit again.
I had a wonderful time shopping with the girls at ready or not last time I was in noosa. A amazing array of clothing and all beautiful quality. Someone always compliments me on my clothes when I wear something I bought from there. Will be back!
Great atmosphere, great service, great people. I have shopped here for a few years for a range of different occasions. They are always willing to help with whatever you need. Amazing place!
