Nick was very thorough and professional when he attended to our vacate cleaning and spot repair on a damaged area of carpet. He knew we had a dispute with our landlord and took the time to read emails from them and gave his professional opinion on the condition of the carpet.
He even took the time to give us advice on cleaning other areas of the house as we attended to our vacate cleaning.
After he finished the job he sent us an email stating what he had done and that we could forward to our landlord.
We are very happy with his work.
