Receptionists, please don't ignore customers when you know fine well they're waiting for eye contact and acknowledgement. We know you know we're here. Just glance up, smile, and say "I'll be with you in a minute". It's not hard.

Very rude staff they don't smile or greet you freindly and customer service needs room for improvement.sonographers are rude and don't seem like they enjoy there job.
I was a walk-in and went to the practice on a Friday morning. They were happy to accept me. I got my CT injection within an hour and my GP got the report the same day. It was awesome service.

I was treated exactly on the appointment time, with no wait or delays. There were a total of 3 receptionists, 1 was on call and the other 2 were not on seat. So had to wait a little bit at reception, otherwise treated well.
