Rude and condescending. Only visited this shop twice and both times received very poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop.

Fantastic bike shop! Very pleased with the wonderful service.  I don’t take my bikes anywhere else. Churn is super knowledgeable and an absolute gun.  The entire staff are super nice and friendly. Keep up the great job guys. Hoa

NEVER AGAIN. Terrible service. Paid $95 for inner tube repair and brakes adjusted. Brakes still dont work. Meant to be fixed overnight, took 3 days to be done and only after I demanded my bike back. Son paid for his bike to be serviced, all he got was new tyres and back wheel left untightened.

Purchased my first bike from Hung in 2005 and my 2nd in 2010. I just came back and purchased 2 specialized comp for me and my wife. These guys sell great bikes and last for years. Was served by Hung and his Son Churn great small family business and will not disappoint.
