BEWARE!! Ray White Yarrawonga does not deserve even a 1-star rating! Absolutely, the worst experience we have ever had to date. Donna was due to meet us at 25 Lakeside Drive, Bundalong, at 9 am on Monday for a house inspection as a potential buyer. Donna, firstly, arrives late at the property. After two phone calls from my husband and me, she picks up the phone with a stern "I'm on my way!" rather than "Sorry I'm late". In the meantime, the owner's father, who lives across the road, and unbeknown to us, walks over to us and says, "This real estate agent is always late!" He opens the door and lets us into the home, explaining it's his daughter's home. Whilst we are looking around the property, in walks Donna. No introduction, no I am sorry I am late, no enthusiasm to sell the property and to walk in the door on her phone! Instantly, we felt like she had sold the property! She, indeed, was not working for the owners. Donna made it very clear that she does not negotiate. It's also evident that Donna does not know how to communicate. My husband put in an offer at the higher end as she indicated this is where we had to be, and Donna, in her one-word retorts, lacked the ability of someone who is a true professional in the field to even respond with a sense of urgency! After all, she told us on the day that this would sell by the end of today. I feel sorry for the owners selling this property, as Donna did not have their best interest at heart. Not only did she undersell the property, but her lack of care was outstanding! So, it sold today for 5k higher than our offer. Surprise, surprise! Donna, who claims she doesn't play tennis with negotiation, did an outstanding job of being a terrible representative for the owners and, obviously, had the other buyers lift it higher than our bid. For the record, we would have paid 30k more than the price sold, yet Donna didn't bother to get back to us or allow us to provide the property owners with the best possible outcome. The most appalling service we have ever come across. Donna, your lack of attention, detail and response to this outcome is a disgrace to your industry. Unsure how one would sleep at night knowing you did not get the best possible result for your client. No integrity, service, and a terrible reflection of the Ray White brand. Unprofessional and unethical.
Leanne is an absolute gem. She managed our holiday booking and from the very start, she could not have been more helpful. My husband left his shaver in the house and she even tracked it down and sent it to us.
She would be the worst human I have ever met, nasty liar that should be barred from real estate for her unethical ways
Buyers Beware!! We had a very poor experience recently with Ray White Yarrawonga. We came across a 2 bedroom unit for sale in Mulwala that we liked and travelled up from Melbourne to view in person. After many phone calls with the listing Agent, we agreed on a purchase price and we submitted a signed contract of sale,,which the Agent received and indicated that the owner would accept. A few days passed without any communication from the Agent which we found very odd, so after a number of text messages we finally made contact and the Agent informed us that the owner had received another verbal offer directly which he had accepted. I then asked if we could increase our written offer and then we were told the owner had already signed the contract of sale. What!! How is this possible? Why weren’t we told? What about our signed contract? Surely we should have been given the opportunity to raise our offer? Then the Agent turned and became annoyed and said that he thought our offer was our limit, which I quickly told him was not even close and then told him how disappointed we were with the Agents unprofessional and unethical actions to which he simply shrugged off and wished us all the best to find another property. Interestingly, after the dust settled we spoke to our friends in Yarrawonga who have lived there for 20+ years and they told us that this RE Agenct is one of the least respected in town, which after our experience we know why..
We can not recommend Ray White enough. We now own land and are excited to build our amazing home. We had quiet a drawn out process finance wise and the staff at Ray White were so understanding and encouraging. Best people thank you all !
Fantastic sold our house in less than a week. Got exactly what we were after. Kept in contact every step of the way.
The team at Ray White Yarrawonga were great to deal with, really helpful, friendly, and kept us up to date with how things were going with our sale.
