Huge thanks to Jamie-Lee Billerwell! She had our application approved by the landlord within hours of receiving our application. All other agencies we have been dealing with have taken days just to respond to our initial email. I feel she genuinely wanted to help us find a property for our family.

Jamie were incredibly professional in getting a suitable tenant for my property. Not only did she look after the newly laid lawn and watering plants, she went out her way to secure tenants that would suit the property. 
Her communication were fantastic and I was constantly kept up to date with regards to inspections and possible applications. 
I can absolutely recommend Jamie for looking after your investment.

Would like to pass on a massive thank you to Jamie and the team, first investment property experience was made extremely easy. From the first meeting with Jamie I could tell we made the right decision in chosing Ray White Kawana, even helped dealing with the builder though out the whole process, nothing was to much trouble I honestly felt like her only client! Could not recommend these guys enough. Thanks Jamie.
