I was given Brad's name by a friend of mine on the Sunny Coast, so I thought, will give this guy a go as ide heard only  good things about his ability to sell property. So I met Brad. He was very reliable,  professional,  and lots of ability in this field of selling property ect.. Brad sold my unit in 2 days... If you are looking for someone professional and dedicated to selling your property,  then go with Brad and That Property Place. Highly recommend,  great attitude and works for you. Brad Milton was a pleasure to deal with. Just a genuine straight forward guy. It was quite refreshing to meet an agent without all the flashy douchebaggery and scripted robotic questions and responses. We recently purchased a property through this agency. We have bought and sold 22 properties over a 40 year period, and have always found the agents we used, whether buying or selling, to have a genuine desire to do the right thing. We felt that this was not the case in this instance. We found the agent to be unprofessional, her methods unorthodox, and the vendor dishonest. The house was left in a disgusting state, unwanted rubbish items were secreted in the gardens, and items included in the sale were removed after final inspection. Regrettably from our experience we could not recommend this agency to anybody considering buying a property.

Raylea really went out of her way to sell my place! Good communication, was fun to work with, and she got me a great amount for my property.
