We would like to to take a moment to Thank the team at Ray White Corio especially Julie Scholes, from the moment we made first contact with Julie she has always been extremely helpful and informative with any question we had regarding real estate.
3 months later we finally made the hard decision to sell our home (while 8 months pregnant) and Julie has been extremely understanding and helpful during this process and made it as hassle free as possible, nothing was ever too much trouble and she would always go above and beyond.
During our time working with Julie we always felt she listened to what we had to say, she always kept us very well informed regarding the sale of our house and we believe Julie managed to achieve the best possible outcome.
We couldn't have asked for a more lovely person, at no point did we ever feel pressured and I would highly recommend Julie Scholes from Ray White Corio to anyone and everyone you wont be disappointed she's extremely good at what she does.
So thank you for all your hard work over the last couple of months.

My husband and I signed up with Kevin Chokshi from Ray White Corio 1 week ago. We chose Kevin because he was a real person, not some robot. He is easy to talk to and communicate with. We haven't even advertised our home yet and the service, care and attention to detail has been outstanding!! 

My dog has been sick this weekend, so sick that we thought we would lose her. When Kevin rang today to see how our weekend was and touch base I told him of our terrible weekend. After returning from another vet visit we were utterly surprised and extremely touched to find Kevin and the Ray White Corio Team had left a Get Well card and doggy treats for our beloved furry family member, I cried! 

To be working with such a wonderful team excites me for the soon to be sold home and even for the people who choose to purchase our home as they too will get the Kevin Chokshi experience!!

Thank you to the team at Ray White Corio & Lara and especially Maddison Boothroyd for referring me to the Rental team who made my short-term lease in Lara possible. The professionalism the team showed throughout the process of helping me find a rental property, to helping me through the vacate during such a short period of time was impeccable. It proved that no matter what situation their clients are in they will do their best to provide only the best service.
For anyone who is dealing with property in the Lara/Corio area, I could not recommend a better Real Estate office.

We purchased a property through Michael Berry at the end of last month.  He provided good communication and follow up.  Was very accommodating with several inspections of the property and was very ethical in his handling of offers from 2 separate parties.
