Having sold 5 properties in the last couple of years, we've dealt with a vast spectrum of real estate agents. We took great care in the selection of an agent to manage the sale of our Wentworth Falls property, as the outcome meant a great deal to us. After several meetings with our short list of agents, we finally settled on Alan Gregory and the team at Ray White Blackheath; word of mouth, online reviews and even glowing remarks from other agents backed up our choice. The result we achieved at auction exceeded all expectations. This was largely due to Alan’s exceptional understanding of market psychology. He operates on a different playing field from the countless other agents we’ve dealt with over the years. He knew when to stand back and when to apply pressure during interactions with potential buyers, something gleaned from several decades of operating in the Blue Mountains market. Alan Gregory sold us our property recently and we could not have been happier with the service we received. Alan is honest and has integrity - we felt very comfortable with him. He has kept in contact with us over the last few months to help us settle into the area. We would not hesitate in recommending Ray White Blackheath to anyone buying and selling in the area. 7 stars!!
