Bought a bag of 5 KG basmati rice and it was full of Rice bug when I emptied it on a rice storage box. Upon discovering I called the store where the person in charge asked me to bring the bag to the store. Upon arrival the women in charge clicked the pictures of bag as well as the receipt and checked the batch number and made a call to someone I don’t know who. I wasn’t expecting any apology from them but the customer service was so horrible that she didn’t even offer me to exchange the rice, nor was I offered a refund. In return I was questioned about the amount of rice as if I ate the rice that was full of bugs. I politely asked her to weigh if she had a trust issue. However she said me take it away from there and asked me to dispose it myself. I had few bitter experiences in the past at this store and mostly with the same staff member but this was intolerable. I have vowed never to go to this store again.
We recently had a very bad experience at this store. We bought some hair oil and products. The hair oil was expired and one of the creams was damaged. We went to return them and the cashier was showing his attitude when we asked about it. He was really rude and disrespectful. He did not even apologize to us. He told us that they don't have the stock for oil and he gave us cash for that.After that he asked us to grab a cream from the rack for that damaged cream. So we asked him to give us a new receipt for the cream and he refused to give that and started an argument with us.My question is why do they treat customers like that. Is it our problem to sell expired products to customers?

I like the fresh indian snacks there, talking about the products you really have to check the best before date,cuz we saw products that expired.
It is very shameful and disgusting These guys r selling old and expired stuff mix together. I bought recently Sweets for rakshabandhan and you can see it’s disgusting and difference between same these dark peace’s are disgusting and smell so bad.nNot recommended for sweets
