The coffee and desserts are very attractive and delicious, and the price is very reasonable. The service attitude is very good. The vegetables and meat in the supermarket are fresh, and the opening hours are very long, making it a great place for local residents to shop.
So disappointed in the produce. Bought a few “fresh” items but when I went to get one of the mini coloured tomatoes out of the container, all of them were shrivelled. I took them back and they kindly replaced them with different tomatoes. When I got home, I took the glad wrap off the water melon and it was all mushy.nnThis supermarket is quite expensive and parking cost me $2.20 as I was just a minute over 45 mins. Hey, but at least the onion and garlic seem ok… I hope.
This is hands down the best IGA I've ever been to. Must admit I don't really shop at IGA very often because they don't usually have a big range, and it's generally more expensive compared to going to Coles or Woollies. This particular one, however, has a delicatessen, meat department, bakery, dairy/ freezer, health and bulk foods and international section. They should consider adding 'Super' in front of the name because it is really big & has a wide range. I stopped in to grab lunch today & there was ample parking outside. I was overwhelmed by the huge selection. I grabbed a poke bowl for $12 and 1L of freshly squeezed orange juice for $6. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality. It wasn't hard making a healthy choice as there was so much on offer & everything looked fresh. It's a shame I don't live around here. Will try to stop in next time I am out this way.
As a recent addition to the Gold Coast food scene, IGA Queen St. Village has to be seen to be believed. A bright and airy store provides a wide range of excellent quality products for your convenience. From fresh fruit and vegetables to a quality butcher, not to forget the bakery, cheese selection, fresh fish canned goods, ready meals and much more, this store can provide your every need. Top marks.
Wow wow wow nWhat an amazing shopping experience my first time visiting now I’ve been in many IGA”s this one is the biggest n best I’ve ever been too truely spectacular the way the shelves are stacked n I’ve never seen a cafe in a IGA I’m really amazed by all the variety n unique gifts n florist there deli n bakery huge array of meats coldcuts n cheeses they even had ready made meals, salads ,seafood ,Indian food anyway the selection is spot on I live down the southern end of the coast but honestly worth the drive to visit this store underground free parking for first two hours the other IGA”s are nothing compared to this store they could all learn from this store personally IGA at tugun, and tweed heads ARE AWFUL very average stores Murwillumbah IGA amazing n they support local farmers with using there produce ..well done IGA SOUTHPORT
