Awful real estate that call themselves boutique which basically means they only care about the lessors and don't give a toss about the tenants whom actually keep there business running. We rented with them in Beldon and was told we needed to move out in may and baby was due in April!. The owner was selling but Rance  did not help us look for other properties and really left us in the dark until we only had days left. We finally got a new rental and this was an Over priced property in mindarie that was out dated,  we payed $550 a week for the house with only one air con unit to cover a large open plan area (that did not work for the majority of our lease and was not repaired upon our request, keep in mind we had a new born baby in the house) and no insulation in the roof which we found out later when we got the ladder the check. Also no sheltered area at the back of property only cheap tatty green shade cloth so you can not sit outside in the rain nor can you comfortably sit outside in the sun. Awful awful awful experience, will not rent through Rance ever again.

Booked an inspection of a house and no one showed up. I was waiting for half an hour together with other 2 families who booked the inspection as well. After contacting them later on they said the house was leased. We all left work early and they didn't bother to send a message to cancel. Very unprofessional.

Been living in a property for 15 months and when we ask to have safety repairs done it has taken a year to finally get fixed. During the repair where we cannot sleep in the rooms we are still expected to pay rent!! This is the most differcult real estate I have ever rented through and would not recommend them. Still struggling to have them fumigate the property.
