My wife and I were assisted by Glen and the team at RAMS Castle Hill in purchasing our first home and we couldn't speak more highly of them. We had a unique and time conscious situation and Glen was available every step of the way, all hours of the day and on weekends to answer our most simple and complex questions. Unlike some Big 4 banks who kept us waiting for 3 weeks before any form of communication, the level of communication was amazing, and we never felt overwhelmed with information. Not only did Glen get us approved and into our first home, but he did this in less that 3 weeks, over the festive break. We will definitely be seeing them again and would recommend them to any first home buyer!

The worst experience. Communication was unprofessional, limited and very rude. The broker had ordered an appraisal on our primary residence without our consent, which is questionably illegal. I had to call the broker on a private number for him to answer our calls. He would sound annoyed over the phone that we had questions and concerns about the month long +++ process. We lost potential properties due to the poor dealings of this franchise. Westpac approved our loan within 6 days with no issues. Do not get caught up in the hype of using a broker; especially one from RAMS Castle Hill. If I could give a half star I would have.
Will waste alot of your time. will wait days and then ask for more info only after you the customer make contact. This office is lazy at best. Got it done faster direct with a bank no fuss. Missed out on a few properties due to this mob. If you want to get the run around then go to rams castle hill and see Artemio
