The girls are polite. But that is where the service stops. Have to send numerous emails chasing for a response. Whenever we phoned the person was out of the office and would return our call when they got in - never did. Numerous errors were made while they were dealing with our rental property for example sending out other peoples receipts to us, deduction from rent for repairs to another property not owed by us. Had to chase this and was passed around the office. Extremely poor service I would never recommend!!
