Dreadful Service. I emailed this agent regarding 12 Albert St Nanango two weeks ago as we wanted to arrange an appointment - to date have had no response. My husband called the agent last week and made an appointment to inspect the property for Monday the 13th March at 10am with Grant Spring. We drove up from Newcastle to see this and other properties. We arrived at the property on time. The agent did not turn up so after waiting 20 minutes we called his phone but there was no answer so we left a message. We called again after waiting a further 10 minutes and left another message. After 10 more minutes we called the office and they said they would email him and they confirmed our contact mobile number. We waited as long as we could before leaving as we had other properties to view. It is now the 15th March and not the agent nor the office staff have not contacted us by any methods. It is the poorest service from this agency and inexcusable - I feel sorry for the owner of the property. We genuinely wanted to buy this property and we are cash buyers. By the way - all other agents from other real estates made their appointments on time. Pick up your game people - surely you could have sent someone to open the house for us to view it.
What a pleasant surprise to deal with a team so focussed on providing outstanding client service. I saw a house online and made an enquiry. By the end of the day, I had already received a phone call and had an inspection scheduled. The following day, they followed up with another call and then sent me a link to their online application platform. A day after I applied, I received a call to say the application was successful and the lease arrived on the same day. Exceptional service from every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with!
Trent was always professional and friendly. Great communication and always returned our calls. I would recommend Trent to anyone buying or selling a property.
I’m an owner of a property in Kingaroy and far as I’m concerned there for the tenants not the owners. I was told the dog hair was carried in on the bottom of people shoes through the front door or the back door and taken onto carpet there is tiles throughout majority of the house so it’s hard to understand how they come to this conclusion. Will never ever rent another property through these people.
