Possibly one of the worst realestates going around. 2 years and they have failed to fix aircons in the house. You are constany paid off, you ask for something and they never get back to you. Constantly chasing them for simple things.

Horrible real estate agency in Darwin. There was very poor communication from the real estate agents, especially when we asked for repairs in the house. Last but not least, they can't keep their hands off your bond no matter what ( even if you've cleaned the house to utmost perfection) and claim that you left the house 'dusty'. They also muddled up our end of lease date, leaving the owner of the property unaware.

I have rented residential properties with Raine & Horne consistently over the last 10 years. We currently have a number with them and find the service and communication from manager Ilyse and our designated property manager to be good.
