I would strongly recommend no-one wastes their time or money at this salon. The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. What should have been a relaxing experience, turned out to be awful. The staff absolutely ripped me off and were constantly talking in their own language about their clients. The quality of their work is not great and the salon floor was disgusting with piles of dead skin & nails lying around from previous clients. Not a great reflection on Robina Town Centre. 1 Star is too much for this salon.Services: Pedicure
I am very dissatisfied and angry at rainbow nails and would not recommend it to anyone. The lady did no cuticle care despite all the equipment being right there and started to file my nails before even asking what I wanted. the workers were very aggressive and I felt they were rushing everything and only focused on getting through more customers rather than the quality of the work. Despite me asking for a gel set she started applying acrylics without asking I felt the worker was very judgmental when I asked for the nails to be shorter and she began talking about it to her coworkers in another language. in the end the nails felt very rushed and after she painted them she left and said put them under the lamp few more times then wash and tap and pay. She didn’t clean up any of the nails at the end and I was left with disgusting cuticles, crooked nails, acrylic stuck the bottom of my finger and bulky nails. THEN HAD TO PAY 75 bucks FOR THAT. Disgusting experience. Rude staff constantly talking very loudly over the top of customers when requesting things to do with the service. They also dismissed by requests 3 times throughout the service and then when questioned at the end proceeded to say I have never asked, however they had just never listen as they too busy carrying on with their conversations. Overpriced compared to most salons and the pedicure is so sub par. Extremely overwhelming in this shop. Do not waste a second of your time here. The owner should be disappointed in employees here it is honestly that terrible.Services: Pedicure
Absolutely would not recommend this place. Showed multiple photos of a very basic shape and colour almond with nude colour and the result ended up being extremely off white and silver chrome?! with no effort to fix or compensation. This has happened to me and my friends on multiple occasions, hence showing 3 photos for reference.
Filed my nails so much, my fingers bled. Then they coloured them and filed AGAIN over the colour and didn’t fix it. After paying and walking out, I realised the colour had been filed off and went back asking them to do another coat. The lady told her manager I had specifically asked for that… very rude! Went back on another occasion and the lady couldn’t glue the nails on properly, they were falling off as she was doing the other nails! And instead of trying again, she just put the glue directly on my real nail! Got them done elsewhere and the nail lady immediately commented on the poor job, it was so noticeable!Service: Acrylic nails
Came here recently, was asked to 'come back' multiple times before being allowed to sit. Waited another 10-15 minutes before I was attended to after she finished the girl next to me. The attending technician spoke mainly with her peer or was distracted by her phone most of the time... I had to ask her each time to disinfect the tools they were about to use on my hands as I had watched her use the tools on the girl beside me and had moved them from that station to me. She scoffed each time and even said "I done already" when I had been sitting there watching each time. She reluctantly did it, and I have severe doubts it was even done with disinfectant! It shouldn't be much of an ask to request for tools that have been used on someone else to be cleaned before you use them on me.. Especially when your girls have an apparent habit to knick/slight cut the clients in the rush they are in. And I watched her put the tool head back in the little storage box after you had just knicked my finger causing a bleed as well... GROSS! Additionally, and a fun note.... but make sure you let your girls know next time they want to use racial slurs about the customer to their bestie next to them, maybe double check that the client doesn't understand them. I'm NOT impressed. I wont be back and have reported the disenfecting practices or your store through to council with regards to the QLD Government Public Health Infection Control for Personal Appearance Services Act 2003... I won't go into details on the act as I have written a lengthly summary of where you business failed as a 'service' already to the reporting authorities. I suggest you get to reading this quickly... I recommend anyone reading this to do the same, the inspections alone will get this place shutdown in no time before someone is seriously hurt because they can't do a simple desterilization of their equipment.Service: Manicure
This place is ridiculously over priced and when I mentioned their price is high, a full conversation in Vietnamese followed between the lady doing my nails and another technician, which is rude. My skin was cut on 2 toes and one bled. I got "sorry" and she continued. 2 days on I'm still in pain in one. My hand's shellac is bumpy in parts. I was also rushed to hurry up and choose a colour. $150 for a full set and pedicure, including 2 cut toes. STAY AWAY!!!!Services: Acrylic nails
Got me in right away, 55 for shellac, that included removal of solar gel. Pretty quick in and out but my nails are already starting to break
The amount of residue and polish left on my fingers after getting my nails done is insane. Looks like I did them drunk . The staff made us feel uncomfortable and they didn't really talk to us much, even after I tired to engage in some conversation. Equipment wasn't sanitised at all, just chucked back in the box for the next person. Kept getting asked if I had cash, which was weird. No real cuticle care beforehand either.
