Do not recommend this salon at all. I got my toes done last week with gel. The lady didn’t turn the massage chair on and when I asked she huffed and puffed and also rushed my service. Today I got gel on my nails and I wasn’t happy with the colour I choose so I asked to change it they had only just put it on one nail and I know they can wipe it off straight away. They were all talking amongst themselves clearly about me. The lady got up and left and had my sit there to wait for someone else. The next last rushed my service and when I asked is there a reason your rushing my service she got massive aggressive with her response and kept going on. Was pushing my hand to the light every time. She asked why I asked that and I said it was a question I feel like I’m being rushed rushed and she kept saying I’m not rushing that’s how I paint nail I said you are. She kept responding out loud why you ask question I said I’m allowed to ask a question and she said and I answer your question. Extremely rude staff I left feeling quite upset and embarrassed.Services: Manicure
$50 for shellac. By the time I got home an hour later, one nail was lifting. By 9pm that night, 6 nails had lifted and peeled off in one solid piece. Going back today to ask for a refund as don’t want to waste my time re-doing Sam equally poor job. And they do not open at 9am on Sunday, as this page suggests.Service: Manicure
I would strongly recommend no-one wastes their time or money at this salon. The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. What should have been a relaxing experience, turned out to be awful. The staff absolutely ripped me off and were constantly talking in their own language about their clients. The quality of their work is not great and the salon floor was disgusting with piles of dead skin & nails lying around from previous clients. Not a great reflection on Robina Town Centre. 1 Star is too much for this salon.Services: Manicure
I am very dissatisfied and angry at rainbow nails and would not recommend it to anyone. The lady did no cuticle care despite all the equipment being right there and started to file my nails before even asking what I wanted. the workers were very aggressive and I felt they were rushing everything and only focused on getting through more customers rather than the quality of the work. Despite me asking for a gel set she started applying acrylics without asking I felt the worker was very judgmental when I asked for the nails to be shorter and she began talking about it to her coworkers in another language. in the end the nails felt very rushed and after she painted them she left and said put them under the lamp few more times then wash and tap and pay. She didn’t clean up any of the nails at the end and I was left with disgusting cuticles, crooked nails, acrylic stuck the bottom of my finger and bulky nails. THEN HAD TO PAY 75 bucks FOR THAT. I am so disappointed. They charged my 15 year old daughter $100 for French acrylic short nails. Half way through getting her nails down, another lady sat down next her and asked for the exact same and they quoted $75. You took advantage of a 15 year old girl. We will NEVER come back. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Disgusting experience. Rude staff constantly talking very loudly over the top of customers when requesting things to do with the service. They also dismissed by requests 3 times throughout the service and then when questioned at the end proceeded to say I have never asked, however they had just never listen as they too busy carrying on with their conversations. Overpriced compared to most salons and the pedicure is so sub par. Extremely overwhelming in this shop. Do not waste a second of your time here. The owner should be disappointed in employees here it is honestly that terrible.Services: Pedicure
This salon was the worst experience I’ve had in 30 years of having my nails done. The lady repeatedly slapped my hand and told me to relax and when I said my hands were naturally stiff she said well that makes her job hard and continued to slap my hands and pull them. It was just horrible she was rude and clearly thought by continuing to slap me my hands would somehow relax more. I don’t know of any occupations you think it’s ok to slap clients. I would never recommend this place!
Staff were very rough and did not communicate well. I did not feel welcomed and the whole time felt overwhelmed. My nails were see through and not well done. It looked like someone had put $2 fake ones on. Very disappointed.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH do not go here as i asked for french tips, and iam 13 and they advertised for 75 and charged 85 and turned out rubbish to the point that i started crying. And the lady doing my nails started hitting my hand aggressively and forcing my hand into the heat drier and messed up the french tip and then blamed it on me. Also talking about you in their language. As they started laughing at me and the lady doing my nails showed the other employee’s my hands and started laughing. Strongly don’t recommend.Service: French manicures
