Turned up three hours late but the office wouldn't tell us when they were coming so had to wait for them. Movers decided it was too hard to move our piano so had to arrange a second delivery which took nearly 2 months to arrange. Threw piano around and gouged floorboards while moving the piano through the house. DO NOT recommend.

Unprofessional amateurs.
Radcliffe provided the worst moving "service" I have ever experienced.
They:
1) showed up 3.5 hours late
2) didn't have a truck big enough to move a large 3-bedroom country home
3) one mover wiped his sweaty face on my mattress (guess he needed a hanky)
4) one mover told my mum she was using her wheelchair wrong
5) they complained the whole time that we had too much stuff and "it would never fit" into our new house
When I phoned to complain, and then followed up with a letter, it took 3 months to get a response. And the response was essentially, "you had too much stuff, you are late paying the invoice, pay now."
