RACQ Beenleigh

Took my 89 year old mum in there as she had a claim to make. By the way, I was unaware mum had already rung the claims line and had been given a claim number. Anyway we waited in line to see someone, the lady called us up and when she realized mum had already got her claim under way she was so rude to my mother, she made mum feel like a fool and had been wasting the woman's time. I'm so glad I don't have any insurances through them, I'd be changing if I did. Very disrespectful, she's be an elderly lady one day. Not happy at all.

My tyre popped on the side of the road and I found out I didn't have my jack in the car. Called for RACQ roadside assistance and Justin arrived soon after and was super friendly and even gave me a hand chucking the spare wheel on. Would highly reccomend.

Was sent here after calling RACQ regarding my claim. Went in and started explaining my reason for being there only to be cut off and told they AREN'T RACQ AND DON'T HANDLE CLAIMS by the lady with the 70's hair do. Well ummm if i'm not in RACQ why is the bloody place sign written with RACQ everywhere and nothing to tell someone that its any different yet she speaks to me like i'm the idiot. I have never come across a more rude or arrogant person in my life and defiantly should not be dealing with the public if she wants to belittle someone for mistaking them for being RACQ. still not sure what they do then? she does not have the professionalism she requires.
