Limousines in Paradise

the limo broke down on our wedding day... driver didnt offer any help or call for back up.... never got an apology or anything... disgraceful...

When calling about prices we were quoted $650 dollars for a stretch hummer. later that day when calling to organise a booking the staff on the phone was extremely rude and didn't let me finish talking, he yelled over the top of me, told me i was wasting his time and then insulted me calling me stubborn and resulted in him being sexist calling me 'lady' in a derogatory way instead of asking for my name. To finish it off he hung up on me, after this i will not be using this company and will be telling others not to use it either. After all this, it turned out that the price of the hummer was actually over $2000 which is a significant difference to the original quoted price. Very disappointing and angry due to the customer service.

What an experience! Terrific customer service from the very minute I enquired on line, so helpful and extremely competitive prices. On New Years Eve, the beautiful limousine arrived on time, was driven expertly up to Brisbane and back and the whole day was magic and stress free! I highly recommend this service. It was a sincere pleasure to deal with Joanne and Trevor. I can't wait to have a special event again so I can use Limousines in Paradise again!

Booking was easy, even when the flights were changed by the airline. I really appreciated the reminder messages and then all the care taken because of the flight being delayed; the courtesy call and the upgrade of vehicle. Highly recommend this business, so happy and so relieved to know my son and his friends were in such good hands, and delivered fuss free to their accomodation. Two thumbs up, big smiley face and a happy dance for Limousines in Paradise.

LIP are simply amazing. We used them for our wedding late last year, and were so happy with their service. The driver was very friendly and professional, and it was the little things that really made his service stand out. For example, when picking us up he noted that the traffic was really bad on the highway, and asked if we’d like to take some of the back roads, which would make the journey a little longer but would mean we wouldn’t be sitting in traffic. He was considerate and quiet during the trip, and made my husband and I feel as though it were just the two of us in the car. When we arrived at our accommodation, he helped us carry our bags into our cottage, even though it was dark by this time. Definitely recommend!
