Very nice owner but the room was okay, needs aircon or a bigger fan. Not happy with our room being serviced & windows were left open so when we came back at like 11:30 at night we had bugs in our room. We didn't get another milk or milo. Dirty dishes.Rooms: 3/5
The managers are lovely people, very accommodating when asking for extras like a cot/highchair. But that is where the good stops. The room lacked cleanliness, mold in bathroom, and lightbulbs not working. Doors squeaked so badly had to borrow CRC from relations to spray on hinges! If you are taking babies/toddlers bring your own gear.

Service was fantastic. Sorted out a couple of things for us. Could do with hand rails for the elderly in some more rooms. On the whole not a bad placeRooms: 3/5
We were pleasantly surprised. We both had a good night sleep, the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and tidy. Bathroom was roomy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Reasonably priced. Petrol station 2mins away. You will need to drive, or taxi into town. Bit far to walk. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Great location & outlook. Dog friendly & spacious rooms. Letdown was alot of black mold on shower, shower door actually fell off ! And tap over kitchen sink was not secure! Hard bed, but very quiet, which was lovely
Lovely location,wake up early and see the sun rise, listen to the tui's singing, beautiful,they have a bar and restaurant open from 5 to 11,though it was closed the two nights we were there,which was a pity,huge carpark at the back where trucks can park easily,dog friendly,grassy area out the frontRooms: 5/5
Yep tried and true over the numerous years we've stopped here to visit family. This time some what quieter due to various lockdowns. Heart goes out to local business impacts. Good local truck stop which accommodates the big Riggs over night. Good one Raceway Court.
Fantastic. We had a car breakdown and needed room for three adults and five kids at short notice. The owners were brilliant, set us up in two rooms and magicked up an extra bed and even a Portacot with cot bedding. Super friendly and accommodating even with me popping back up in reception every ten minutes sorting things out. Rooms were lovely, beds were comfy and the spa bath was top notch. Highly recommended.
