Really disappointing experience. Went in yesterday with my partner and 1mnth old son. Maybe the sales assistant thought we weren’t serious but had every intention of purchasing 2 pairs of boots! No hello, no acknowledgement he didn’t even look up from his phone that he was texting on behind the counter. 
Maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go astray..
