What a great service and good price. I came by myself to find a birthday gift for my partner, and a staff member helped me find the right boots for my partner.

Staff were incredibly friendly, loads of stock,nGreat prices! This store has an incredible history behind it do yourself a favour and visit!

Avoid during the sale period staff seems to be less interested to help out and they seem to reflect that they are doing a huge favor. -3 for thr staff but boots were nice so do the maths wd the stars. And if anyone from support/customer care replies to the review stating write them an email about it do urself a favour just copy paste it.

The factory outlet store definitely doesn't disappoint and worthy of a visit if you are a fan of this iconic Aussie brand. and  looking for a bargain. If you are ever within driving distance I'd definitely make the trip or take a detour to get there... Perhaps the most outstanding part of my visit was how helpful, friendly and passionate the staff were. I'LL BE BACK!!!
