Good service. Job appeared well-finished. Paint came off bumper after 2 months, took it back and some guy says 'oh you used a high pressure washer'. Yeah I did, like I do with every other car I have owned in over 20 years. None of them do that, even after a paint repair. Was denied any form of warranty or assistance, so had to pay another local panelbeater $250 to have it fixed. RJP wanted at least $900 to fix the same problem that they created! Oh and that paint by the local guy is staying on really well with weekly high-pressure washes... Needless to say, I won't use them again, nor would I recommend them to any of my enthusiast friends if they actually want a long-lasting finish. There was a really good place on the corner that I would recommend over these guys, on Charman Road. Maybe Google them instead.

I have dealt with a lot of repairers and have never been so happy with the quality of repairs time after time that RJP deliver. Their are one of the best! On one occasion there was a fault, I didn't have to convince or get an excuse from them, they apologized and refinished the car at my convenience. Michael

Rude on the phone and extremely unhelpful. If they treat phone calls like this for a potential customer, I have no confidence in their ability to do a proper job on my vehicle. Would not recommend them to anyone other then someone I didn't like.
