Euro Image Smash Repairs has continued its growth within the last 15 years from repairing 12 vehicles per week to currently over 85 vehicles per week. As a growing business in a competitive smash repair industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, high quality and value for money. We have a car that needed a substantial body repair. Rear door had to be replaced and certain parts repaired and painted.  Arthur was very approachable and helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done on the car and how the total price was calculated. I do not know how it compares to other places price-wise, but the price quoted to us seemed reasonable based on a car repair done by a friend at another place.  We dropped the car off and travelled overseas for close to a month. The guys were kind enough thank you to keep the car at their place after the repair and before our return. Great team, good communication. My car was lost at the tow yard for a week, then Euroimage did a great job getting my car back on time. Quality of the work exceptional.

My BMW M2 required painting, minor dint repair and replacement sunroof and rear windscreen. The paint job was almost perfect and only minor blemish was fixed without issue when I pointed it out. My CX5 needed repairing, the team at Euroimage were professional, friendly and very helpful right from my first contact with them! The repairs were done within the expected time frame, and the whole process start to finish was smooth and seamless. When I picked my car up I was super impressed with the quality of their workmanship, the paint was matched perfectly, the blending in on the front bumper was perfect you couldn't see where it had been fixed, and my headlight had some bad scratches from the other cars impact which they had managed to polish out  Superb job and I highly reccomend these guys and girls all the staff are great and definitely have good work ethics and high attention to detail‼

My insurer organised my no-fault repairs with Euroimage and very happy with the results.  I was advised an estimate of when repairs would be complete the day after I dropped car off and received a call when the repairs were completed two days early.

Great place to send your car damaged in an accident. Euroimage was referred to me by my insurance provider and they did a wonderful job restoring the parts. Very professional and communicative staff. Would definitely love to take my car there for general service this time instead of accident repairs.

I had my Audi car repaired here a few months ago.  I wasn't feeling well and then i was busy with my studies and forgot to give them a review. Actually on that time i was sad when i had to wait longer than 1 month to get my car fix. Because the staff said my car was old so there were no parts, the part need to be other to fix my car. But after my car was repaired, i was very happy and i am very grateful for all the staff who was worked on my car. Thank you very much. You guys done very good. Although our job is not quite complete thanks Covid etc for making parts slow to arrive the body work that was done on our Toyota Yaris Cross is very good. We are happy to recommend them for this. Our only reservation and the loss of the final star is due to lack of communication. It was very difficult to get any information from them. We found this quite frustrating, and annoying. Hopefully, once the outstanding part arrives communication will be better.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Do not take your car here. You will get it back in worse condition than when you took it there after an accident. They don't return calls or respond to emails. They are rude when you do get them on the phone and palm you off. After their 'repair' the paint doesn't match the rest of the car,  trim peeled off the first time I washed it, dirt and broken glass all through the car, bumper bar and boot lid don't line up, exhaust bent and not aligned, tail light not fixed. Mechanical issues not fixed. Wish I could give less than 1 star.Services:&nbsp;Brake service &amp; repair

My car was sent there via my insurance company in August and I still haven't gotten my car back. Was meant to be in October but was sent an email saying 23 December. I doubt very much I will be getting my car back then as it's the holiday period. I asked them and they said waiting for parts and not much they can do. All this time I have been paying 530 a week for a rental since August now. May as well as bought another car. So disappointed I've driven a rental more than my own car.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim
